Rockin’ Baker has partnered with Brightwater, A Center for the Study of Food, at NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC), to create an Exchange Program and articulation credit. Through externships and internships, NWACC students can work at the Rockin’ Baker Academy for course credit. Rockin’ Baker Academy offers 9-month certificate courses, where cadets, upon graduation, are eligible to receive NWACC course credit.

Rockin’ Baker is proud to use Kyya Chocolate in our Dark Side Sourdough, as well as our seasonal loaves Falling in Loaf and Core® & Kyya Went Coco Loco Sourdough. Based in Northwest Arkansas and founded by Rick Boosey, Kyya Chocolate is passionate about chocolate in every form. A farm-to-bar chocolate maker that makes chocolate bars, single-origin chocolate syrups and single-origin cocoa powders, Kyya Chocolate builds relationships with local farmers around the globe and pay them better than fair trade prices for their cacao beans. From grinding beans from a single origin and sometimes farms, to hand-molding each bar, Kyya Chocolate makes small batches of chocolate to maximize the flavor inherent in the single-source cacao beans. Kyya Chocolate does not use any artificial flavors or additives, and it is the official chocolate of Arkansas State Parks.
