All of our handmade, European-inspired breads are created and baked with love at our social enterprise and can be purchased at Rockin’ Baker in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Rockin’ Baker team uses traditional baking techniques that result in beautiful, nutritious products that appeal to your senses. Our breads are naturally leavened, and the slow fermentation of the dough deepens the flavors and textures available to your palate.

We design products using only the best ingredients, and we forge partnerships with like-minded food entrepreneurs to develop delightful new releases. Stop by to check what we are baking specially for you as we like to change things around to surprise you.

Hard Core Raisin’Backs Sourdough$9

A whole wheat sourdough made with Core Brewing Company’s hoppy Oatmeal Stout, dark and golden raisins, plus toasted walnuts. Hail to the Hogs!

Butterfield Trail Mix Sourdough

Named for the historic Butterfield Overland Express stage coach route in the Ozark Mountains, this is a toasty, good-for-you mix of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, rolled oats and rolled rye flakes, plus flaxseed.
