The Rockin’ Baker team uses traditional baking techniques that result in beautiful, nutritious products that appeal to your senses. Our breads are naturally leavened, and the slow fermentation of the dough deepens the flavors and textures available to your palate.

Named for the historic Butterfield Overland Express stage coach route in the Ozark Mountains, this is a toasty, good-for-you mix of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, rolled oats and rolled rye flakes, plus flaxseed.
